I went in for a cleaning and had my usual excellent experience. The office is spotless. My procedure was a simple one but I always feel that everyone is looking out for my best interest. I recommend this office to everyone. carol Livramento
I had my teeth cleaned by Victor; very good experience!
Very good, Vincent was very gentle.
Victor was through and gentle, I had a much better experience with him than the woman who did my cleanings in the past!
I feel very well cared for and safe.
It takes a month to get an appointment. Then the hygienist was 10 mins late for my appointment. I came to this dentist a few years ago but left due to my appointment getting canceled the day of the appointment twice in a row for hygienists not being there. I shared this with the hygienist this time which I think caused her to dislike me. She was very rough and I have sensitive teeth anyway. She poked me multiple times while cleaning my teeth which has also never happened to me before. I left the appointment before getting my whole mouth cleaned; I don’t think she even finished cleaning my bottom teeth and now I have to wait another month to get the rest of my teeth cleaned. The dentist that I saw last month was amazing and I really liked her. She is the reason this is not a 1-star and the reason I am going to try another hygienist before finding another dentist.
Janey is terrific.
The courtesy/treatment of the staff was very good, and I was given time to ask questions about my dental health, which I appreciate. However, nobody bothered to tell me beforehand that I wasn't actually going to get a cleaning the day I came in, despite that being exactly what I asked for. The dentist told me after reviewing my X-rays that they always do the first exam and the cleaning as separate appointments and made it seem like this is the norm. Well, (a) I'm an average person, not a dentist, so I shouldn't be expected to know what the industry norm is, and (b) from my research and former experience, this absolutely is not a near universal policy. Neither of my previous dentists did it this way, and a quick Google search indicated that people often get both at once. It seems reasonable, then, that I would expect to get a cleaning that day since, when I called to schedule a "check-in and cleaning" and then when I showed up and told the receptionist that I was there for "just the typical cleaning appointment you're supposed to get every 6 months, but I'm behind because of COVID" she didn't say anything to indicate that wasn't the appointment I was on the books for. I took time off work for this that I cannot get back even though the appointment didn't last as long as I assumed it would, and now I have to take more sick time another day. I'm strongly considering going back to my old dentist despite the fact she is not a preferred provider for my insurance.
Wonderful service with mr Jeffrey
Not only was the procedure painless, but recovery was quick and the temporary crown fits beautifully.
